How to book this and what is the process?

Book your appointment to discuss this with us. During the discussion, we will gather your business/financial analysis report, financial model, valuation, pitch book/I’M to us along with our commitment to marketing advance. We will also explain the plan of action and approach.  The success fee is based on the success of the transaction and the marketing fee to be paid to get the investors in hand every month in advance. Generally, this type of exercise will take 4 to 6 months i.e 4o to 60 investor meetings. Our marketing fee is for the number of pitches and meetings (as per headline) which involves lots of research and process (see below the action). We will sign the NDA and Mandate after agreeing the terms.

What do we do?

We do 2 types of marketing to reach investors or interested parties. Push marketing and the other one is pull marketing. The target is unknown to us, hence we must use various methods to reach the investor or buyer community. We have a huge investor base. But no investors like to receive every proposal from anyone. Average investors get 5 to 10 proposals every day and the deal they make is around 10 transactions per annum. 

Hence, we have to do deep research to identify new people or investors, or buyers. We don’t do the work of identifying only investor names. We use the method of identifying people with the method of analyzing upstream, downstream, equal or big companies, etc We approach individuals or companies also to become an investor in our client proposals.

  2.     Creating one-page marketing information (without a name)  to send it to investors
  3.     Do brainstorming meeting with our team to fix the target investor sector, criteria, size, territory, how to approach them, what are the methods to reach them, etc
  4.     Method 1.Identify platforms to get investor networking like BIZIT, bankerburry, SMERGER et. We will list our client requirements on these platforms by paying money and we have to do research to identify investors based on our criteria, target, and connect them. Generally, investors do not connect with us. This process is a long and time-consuming process.  Each wrong connection, we will lose money and our credibility with the investors
  5.     Method 2. The target investor or buyer contact details can be collected only by doing deep research and networking. We have paid and use various platforms like rocket reach etc to get contact details
  6.     Before doing all the above, we must be ready with our FB profile, Website, Linkedin profile, etc. We will do corrections or updates of the same. We try to connect the target through these platforms too
  7.     Send first pitch through call or email after the selection
  8.     If the response or conversation is better, our investment banking associate will have a detailed discussion with the investor and arranging a next round call with our management to explain the structure, why to invest, methods, deal size, etc
  9.     Further calls or meetings will be arranged with our client along with the investor either virtually or directly based on the logistics
  10.   Our analyst explain the financial details with investors or buyers based on further interest
  11.   Further discussions, negotiations, terms, and closure
