This private 3-bedroom standalone villa in Kodaikanal is specially designed for group stays, family gatherings, and friends travelling together. Located in Parapatti on the main road, just 5.2 km from Kodai Lake, the property is situated opposite Melmaruvathur Adhiparasakthi Temple and behind GRT Great Trails Resort, offering easy access without travelling deep into interior hill roads.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has beds for 2 guests (standard bed capacity of 6), and 6 additional floor mattresses will be provided for larger groups. The property is ideal for guests who prefer spending time together around family and friends throughout the trip, rather than staying isolated in separate rooms. It is not positioned as a honeymoon-style stay for newly married couples or a single-family private stay experience.

Bedroom Layout

The highlight of the property is the full-glass living hall with panoramic valley views on both sides, creating a peaceful and scenic atmosphere throughout the day.
