Property documentation and digitalization are very important for every property owner. People buy property and keep it inside and forget the documents, whether they are in order or not, what is missing, what has to be updated etc. It is also critical that we scan all documents and keep them in the correct order for any verification or takeout. We will also assist you in placing the same in the digital locker, which is being initiated by the Indian ministry.
Digilocker is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Met) under the Digital India program. Digilocker aims to empower citizens by providing access to authentic digital documents through Czem’s Digital Document Wallet. As per Rule 9A of the Information Technology (Preservation and Retention of Information by Intermediaries providing Digital Locker Facilities) Rules, 2016, notified on February 8, 2017 via GSR 711 (E), issued documents in a Digilocker system are deemed to be on par with original physical documents.

After verifying the above, we will scan all the documents, keep them in a digital locker, identify the missing or gapped documents,and hand them over to you. Any work that doesn’t have the right documents or has the wrong status will be told to you and fixed as part of a separate project.
