Buyer Side

Pre-Registration Activities:

Verification of EC, loan closure, parent documents, title validity and property tax etc. and obtaining of legal opinion from recognized property lawyer.

Coordination with sub-registrar office, including scheduling of appointments well in advance.

Registration pattern would be in our joint names only.

Preparation of sale deed including typing on stamp papers purchased from registered stamp Vendor and making the documents ready for registration.

All other miscellaneous activities related to the documentation and coordination for activities of registration to cut down on waiting period as much as possible.

Post-Registration Activities:

Change of names in EB connection, property tax and association records.

Collection of acknowledgements and receipts of all activities of point (a) as above.

Collection and safe custody of registered sale deeds and valid money receipts for registration fees paid and stamp papers purchased - both hard copies and soft copies in a CD

Conversion of entire documents into digital locker after registration

All other miscellaneous activities related to the documentation and coordination for activities of registration to cut down on waiting period as much as possible.

Seller Side

Assisting buyer to do the Power of Attorney for a joint holder

POA preparation and registration at a registration office at a seller location

Assisting Seller to have smooth sale of property and coordinating at registration office
